We use a range of techniques to link a variety of experiences, often spread over several months, into a continuous learning process. By careful management of the development environment we create memory hooks that link to previous learning. The result is that participants are given a feeling of security, enjoyment and excitement that significantly increases learning retention.
A dedicated learning environment
Underpinning each of our capabilities is a further vital advantage. We have our own learning centre, Woodland Grange, set within tranquil countryside outside Leamington Spa and perfectly situated for excellent road, rail, and air links. Here, as you would expect, we offer first-rate facilities, including:
- 16modern seminar rooms and associated break out rooms, capable of holding events for groups ranging from 12 to 200.
- 114 modern en suite study bedrooms;
- a lounge bar/coffee shop and restaurant seating up to 240 people;
- exceptional levels of service, comfort and equipment.
