Garry Platt is a senior member of the id Management Team and with over 15 years management experience he has significantly contributed to the innovation of the id growing Management Programme.
Garry is a professionally qualified and highly experienced Human Resource Specialist with extensive knowledge and skills in Organisational Development, HRD Systems and Training. This experience has been gained in a wide range of industrial, commercial and public sectors, leading to a confident and effective approach at both a strategic and operational levels.
In the last 12 months his clients have included British Sugar, Virgin Atlantic Airways, and BNFL. His professional qualifications include Masters in Management Education, Training and Development, MCIPD, Diploma in Training Management, and FISM.
