Heather Dallas is an associate of id and is managing a range of programmes for them including problem solving, presentation skills, handling conflict, time management, leadership skills and secretarial skills and change management.
Heather spent ten years as a senior training manager within Deloitte. Her role combined designing and delivering programmes for external clients as well as the UK and global firm and managing a team of fifteen people within the national training department.
Heather started her own training and coaching business ‘Dallas Development’ in January 2000. She trains and facilitates events for external organisations and still works closely with Deloitte on various UK and global training projects. Other clients include: NOP, Deloitte, Lewisham College, Water UK, Unilever, Pret, IIR, The Irish Stock Exchange, and the Prince’s Trust.
Heather is a qualified Neuro Linguistic Programming Master Practitioner as well as a qualified NLP Global Trainer and Consultant. Heather uses NLP in her training and one to one coaching in personal and career development, advanced communication skills, conflict resolution and presentation skills.
